At Moore Than Spirit, each item is handmade with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

💳 No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed and production has begun. Please double-check all custom details (names, colors, dates, etc.) before submitting your order.

🚨 Order Issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a mistake on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

✅ Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After that time, your order may have already entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

📦 Shipping Concerns

If shipping is arranged, Moore Than Spirit is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier. All efforts will be made to package your order securely.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, product availability, pricing or product description errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
